Products, Materials, and Compliance Specs
Every product on the menu comes from a licensed California cultivator or manufacturer and moves through the state's track-and-trace system from seed to sale. Flower is harvested, cured, and hand-trimmed for terpene retention; vape cartridges use tested oil in child-resistant hardware; edibles carry clear milligram dosing per serving on the label. Each batch is lab-tested for potency, pesticides, residual solvents, and microbials, and packaged in child-resistant, tamper-evident containers that keep aroma contained in transit.
Delivery Windows, Fees, and Returns
Delivery hours, service-area coverage, and any order minimums are shown on the page before you confirm, so there are no surprises at the door. Once an order is placed, you receive a confirmation and a tracking link with your estimated arrival window. If something arrives incorrect, damaged, or not as described, contact support right away with your order number and we will arrange a replacement or a refund on the affected item. Because of state regulations, cannabis cannot be shipped back, but Eden makes every reasonable effort to correct order issues quickly.
